What we know about you: This site does
not use cookies or collect any information about you except information that you
provide when you register, typically: your name, company, title, phone, address
and email address.
How we use your registration information:
OnsiteConference uses the registration information to add you to our invitation
list for future conferences and to invoice you (if applicable) for the current conference.
What we tell others about you: OnsiteConference
does not sell or rent your contact information to anyone. We provide your
registration information to the conference speaker for any conference you attend
to facilitate follow-up. If you are the first to register from your company,
we may also send a notice to your colleagues letting them know that you have registered
for an event so that they can attend the conference at no charge. We will
provide your name/information to others only as required by law.
Where did we get your name: Either you registered
for a conference or have been registered by a "central coordinator", manager or
secretary. OnsiteConference locates potential speakers based on personal reference,
and by recognized industry expertise.
You have options!: If you receive unwanted
email from OnsiteConference, or if you'd like to adjust your preferences so that
you get invitations only to conferences on certain topics, please let us know (preferences) Most of our clients find that
it is literally impossible to determine in advance what information is going to
be useful in the intra-connected world of financial services these days, so they
opt to scan the header of each weekly invitation. The email header always lists
the topic and date so it is easy to quickly evaluate potential interest, deleting
the invitations that don't apply.
Safety of credit card actions: All credit
card transactions occur in a secure, encrypted environment operated by Link Point
International (a division of Card Service International). OnsiteConference
does not house or track any credit card information.
